A while ago we sold our house in Sotogrande and bought a villa. Hollbach & Partner Real Estate was the broker for both the sale as well as the purchase transaction. Dirk Hollbach was the real estate broker in charge. Dirk's help and support in selling our existing house and buying a new home was outstanding in professionalism as well as friendliness. Dirk really went the extra mile. He never got tired in showing us so many houses and gathering to our sometimes very particular wishes. Dirk's services did not end with signing the contracts in front of the notary. No, they went far beyond the pure sale/purchase. He also helped and supported us in finding the right contractors to upgrade the house. It helped tremendously if you can speak to a trusted person such as Dirk in your own language and he then talks to the local contractors, etc. Without Dirk it would not have been possible to upgrade our house in such a short time with quality contractors. I strongly recommend Dirk to any non-resident or resident, when dealing with real estate in the Sotogrande area. He is simply the best broker and friend and he plays great golf!
