It helped tremendously if you can speak to a trusted person such as Dirk in your own language and he then talks to the local contractors, etc. Without Dirk it would not have been possible to upgrade our house in such a short time with quality contractors. After spending years in Sotogrande in a rented apartment I've decided to buy a house there. For that I went to Hollbach & Partner and I wasn't disappointed. I wanted to buy a house that could fit me, my wife and my two children. Dirk from Hollbach & Partner found us the perfect home and we just moved in. Wir kamen im Januar 2022 das erste Mal nach Sotogrande und wurden von Dirk Holbach empfangen. Er nahm uns direkt mit in seinem Auto und zeigte uns die für uns neue Umgebung.
