Over a decade of experience
The roots of our current estate agency date back to 2008. Immediately after the property crisis in Spain, we recognised the potential that lay in this sector for the future. Prospective buyers from Germany and other countries in particular would continue to be enthusiastic about residential property in Spain, from holiday homes to retirement homes in the sunny south.
We looked after our first customers independently from home. Soon after, we began operating as estate agents in a small shop. We are now based in a fully-fledged estate agency and manage a large number of residential properties with many years of experience.
Our philosophy as professional estate agents
It is important to us to bring property owners and prospective buyers together in an uncomplicated manner, overcoming all national borders. Our goal is to ensure the best possible outcome for our clients. This applies to owners looking for a suitable buyer for their property, as well as German prospective buyers who are enthusiastic about a Spanish finca, villa or flat in a residential block.
The satisfaction of both sides is our highest goal and can only be achieved through a high level of personal commitment. Individual and sustainable support for owners and prospective buyers is therefore very important to us. Our service does not end with the signing of the purchase contract; we are happy to remain the point of contact for our clients in the after-sales phase. Over the years, we have established excellent contacts and a network of partners and service providers who are happy to help new clients.
From our own service to strong brokerage
In order to relieve you of all the formalities involved in buying or selling a Spanish property, our services go beyond traditional brokerage. Our contacts range from notaries and solicitors to financing partners, tradespeople and surveyors. Whatever formalities and tasks you need to complete in relation to your property, we will be happy to recommend the right service provider. We see ourselves as a professional and reliable agent if we are unable to carry out the desired tasks ourselves. A full service, just like in the book.
